Searching the MLS is fun and easy. The main thing is do not put in too many search criteria. Less is always better in searching a database.
That is really all there is to it. Just remember to only choose a few fields and a small price range and you will be fine.
After you find the properties you want to see, simply email me or call me and I will set up a private viewing for you. Remember that the listing agents works for the seller and against you. You will always pay more for a house when you work with the listing agent. I work as a Buyer Agent and negotiate in your behalf.
